We encourage all of our clients to place their orders directly on our website to avoid any potential miscommunication or misunderstandings that could lead to a longer processing time for your order.

To order, select the products in the sizes and quantities you desire and add them to your shopping cart. After finalizing your order, you will receive an automatic email with the details of the order and products requested. Our administration generally processes orders with 24 hours and if we need to make any modifications or if an item you have requested is temporarily out of stock we will communicate with you as quickly as possible. Once approved by our administration, we send your order to our production team and you will receive the final invoice.

Modifications :

If you wish to remove one or more items from your order as it is already packed and ready to be shipped, we will require a restocking fee. The fee will be 20% of the total amount of the order or 10$, whichever is more.

Temporarily unavailable products :

If one of the products you have requested is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of approximate delays and possibly to propose another quantity or item. Products that are temporary unavailable at the time of your order will not be automatically shipped when they are available again. It is your responsibility to place another order.

Crüe Cosmetics INC cannot be held accountable for any unforeseen fees or delays. No unclaimed or undeliverable package will be refunded. If a package was to be damaged during transit or undeliverable/unclaimed and returned to Crüe Cosmetics inc., it is the responsibility of the customer to inform the shipping company and our company.

Shipping fees for Canada are set at $12 for online orders.

We will contact you for the cost of international shipping fees (including United States) once your order has been approved by our administration. Please note that International customers are responsible for all customs fees and duties.

Delivery options :

Orders are normally expedited with Canada Post’s regular postal service which usually takes 2-9 business days within Canada and the United States.

We usually ship orders going to commercial addresses within Canada via Purolator. If you have other preferences, please let us know and we will happily work with you to find the best option.

PICK UP IN BROMONT : Should you prefer picking-up your order at our boutique in Bromont, we will let you know the estimated period of time required for preparation and will confirm when your order is ready for pick-up. For our customers from outside our area, we strongly suggest you give us a call to ensure the products you wish to buy are available, before going to our boutique to avoid any disappointment.

Delivery period :

The period between the time you place your order and the time you receive it is generally between 3 and 10 business days. The delivery period depends on where you are located (24-48 hours for Montreal and other large urban areas in Quebec, and 2-4 days for the rest of Quebec).

We usually ship online orders within 24 hours of confirming the order (with the exception of weekends and holidays) and our system generates a tracking number for the package automatically so you can follow its progress.

For bulk and wholesale orders, we usually ship within 5 business days following the confirmation of the order.

International buyers: The delay for international delivery varies depending on location, however, Post Canada estimates Shipping delays to be approximately 6-10 business days.

The rules and regulations vary from country to country and state to state, so please contact your customs office for further details.

Payment methods :

An order must be paid prior being processed, packaged and shipped.

We accept the following payments methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, interact e-transfer, bank transfer, certified cheque or postal money order (the order will be held until we receive the cheque) or personal cheque (the order will be held until the cheque is cashed).

For payments made by cheque, interact e-transfer, bank transfer, or postal money order, we will confirm your order and send instructions for the payment method you have selected.

Price accuracy policy :

All of our prices, origins of our products, and availability are subject to change without notice due to the volatility of the market. The instability of international exchange rates, the availability of raw materials, and other factors can greatly affect the cost of certain materials. If you feel a price is unreasonably high or low, please let us know.

If a price posted on our website is inaccurate, we reserve the right to revise your invoice or cancel the order.

All our prices are in Canadian dollars.

Returns and refunds :

Here at Crüe Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please let us know and we will be happy to collaborate with you to find a solution at the earliest possible moment.

Please note that all returns and refunds must be approved by our administration before returning your package to us. We will send a confirmation and instructions for the return within 2 business days following your request.

The client is responsible for inspecting the package at the time of reception and informing us of any problems within 5 business days. No returns or refunds will be accepted after this time.

Your refund can only be processed after we have received the return and have inspected the products at our head office. The products you wish to return must be new, unopened and undamaged. Shipping fees are non-refundable and we require a 20% restocking fee.

Should we have made an error in processing your order placed in writing, we will reimburse the fees related to sending the correct item. Costs incurred following an oral miscommunication will be the responsibility of the customer.
