Services will be billed in full A $50 deposit
will be required to schedule an appointment.

Subscriptions

All of our recurring subscriptions will be
automatically charged and renewed until we receive notice that you wish to
cancel the subscription.

If you wish to cancel
your subscriptions, please follow these steps:

Your
subscription will be active for a minimum of 90 days and must be canceled 5
days before the date the direct debit is due, to allow time for
cancellation.

Transport and
delivery

When you make a purchase from our site, you
agree and acknowledge that you provide a valid email and shipping address for
the order. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order
whenever necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your
payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree
that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method. Although we
aim to provide you with an accurate estimate of shipping times and costs,
these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

All orders
are processed within 2 business days of receipt. All orders are shipped standard
with a maximum 3-9 business day delay unless otherwise stipulated and will be
charged 15$ CAD for Canadian orders and 25$ CAD for USA orders. These prices
are subject to change.

Any purchased digital material
will be made available for download as soon as the payment is received. The
download link will expire after 3 downloads and would need to be
reinitialized.

Refund

Reimbursement of goods
All goods sold
on our site are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Crue Cosmetics Inc. or one of its
employees will be held responsible for any problem arising from this site.
Nevertheless, Crüe Cosmetics Inc. and its employees will not be held liable
for any problems arising from any improper use of this
site.

Indemnity

As a user, you hereby indemnify Crüe Cosmetics inc. from any liability,
cost, cause of action, damage or expense arising out of your use of this site
or your breach of any of the provisions set forth
herein.

Applicable laws

regulations.

For EU residents, GDPR is the applicable law
that governs this document. In the event of any inconsistency between any

such provisions shall be deemed void and shall be severed from this document.
All other provisions will not be affected by law and the rest of the document
will still be considered valid.
