Cancellation, No-Show & Refund Policy

Appointments & Services

  • All consultations, services, treatments, and packages are non-refundable, including missed or partially completed services.
  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
  • This charge will be automatically billed to the credit card on file.

By booking any appointment, you expressly authorize Crüe Cosmetics to charge the card on file in accordance with this policy and acknowledge acceptance of these terms.


Product Refund Policy (Retail Products)

  • Clients have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Products must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for a refund.
