Transport and delivery

When you make a purchase on our site, you agree and acknowledge that you provide a valid email and shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equivalent to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method. Although we aim to provide you with an accurate estimate of shipping times and costs, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

All orders are processed within two business days of receipt. All orders are shipped standard with a maximum delay of 3 to 9 business days, unless otherwise noted, and will be charged $15 CAD for Canadian orders and $25 CAD for American orders. These prices are subject to change.

Any digital materials purchased will be made available for download upon receipt of payment. The download link will expire after 3 downloads and will need to be reset.
